Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique that enhances psychotherapy, enabling profound and lasting change. It involves inducing a trance-like state, very similar to naturaly occuring trance states e.g. meditating, running or day dreaming.

No matter how deeply you're hypnotized, you're always in control. You cannot be made to do anything you don't want to do or do not feel comfortable with doing.

We use Permissive Ericsonian Hypnosis, which is aiming to tailor the hypnosis specifically for you, based on extensive prior interview. The therapist does not tell you what to do, just offers the options. Therefore it is not scripted or generalized but fine-tuned to the your individual needs, based on background, occupaion, strengts or weaknesses.

By accessing the subconscious mind-where beliefs, emotions, and behaviors are stored— hypnosis empowers you by unlocking your inner resources. It shifts the focus from problems to positive solutions, offering not only a "feel-better" but also a "do-better" approach. It helps understand and transform the cognitive patterns, in order to overcome life challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change and well-being.
