Strategic Psychotherapy

Strategic psychotherapy is a poblem-solving, practitioner-led approach, which fundamentally differs from traditional talk therapies by focusing on HOW clients create and maintain their problems, rather than WHY they have them. It targets the process, not the content.

Every condition is a distinct process with a predictable pattern to it. The aim is to shift client’s perception to change a pattern to show where different choices can be made for the change to occur.

The result is that you can learn how to "do better" which in turn will help you feel better.
